We are honored to announce the upcoming “National Conference on Computer, Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering (KHWOPA CEEL 2026)”, which is going to be held on 24^th February, 2026 in Bhaktapur, Nepal. We would like to invite you to present research papers at this esteemed gathering.

We welcome submission from researchers, professionals, academicians, and students who are interested in sharing their research findings whilst contributing to the ongoing discourse in their respective fields. Abstracts should be related to the conference topics and you are free to cover any relevant aspect of your research. 

Submitting your abstract to the KHWOPA CEEL 2026 offers an opportunity to present your research findings to an academic audience and assist in emboldening your ideas via experts’ feedback. It is also an excellent platform for networking with intellectual community.
